PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
All products are tested after manufacture, to guarantee all wiring and pinouts are in their correct positions and will work in replacement of OEM wiring harnesses.

We (Ute Tech PTY LTD) accept no liability for the damage to any modules, sensors, lighting, or any other relevant OEM equipment, taken outside of their designed purposes. For example, OEM equipment, or our (Ute Tech PTY LTD) products, mounted below the vehicle water wading level.

As we (Ute Tech PTY LTD) do not install any products or vehicle hardware, we cannot be held liable for any damage to vehicle hardware installed outside of the OEM guidelines.

This includes sensors, modules, wiring, connectors, or any other relevant OEM equipment.

Liability for failure of any driving aids associated with the relocation of any OEM equipment fall with the installation company.

Intellectual Property (IP) Protection: Ute Tech PTY LTD takes intellectual property (IP) theft and infringement very seriously. By agreeing to this trade account, you agree to the following terms:

a. IP Rights Respect: You acknowledge that all products, brand names, logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials provided by Ute Tech PTY LTD are the intellectual property of Ute Tech PTY LTD or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

b. Brand Impersonation: You agree not to engage in any form of brand impersonation or imitation of Ute Tech PTY LTD's products. This includes, but is not limited to, producing or selling counterfeit products, using similar or identical trademarks, or misrepresenting any product as being affiliated with or endorsed by Ute Tech PTY LTD.

c. Reporting IP Theft: You agree to immediately report any suspected infringement of Ute Tech PTY LTD's intellectual property rights to us. This includes any attempts by third parties to counterfeit or otherwise improperly use our IP.

d. Legal Recourse: Any violation of these IP terms, including brand impersonation or other forms of IP theft, will result in immediate suspension of your trade account and will lead to legal action. Ute Tech PTY LTD reserves the right to seek damages and legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
